Long time no see, bloggie. =)
Gosh. Everyone's gone for OBS. This few days have been quiet. and I've been self-training. Improving =)
Freaking tired now... cos I ran from yishun to admiralty... and I thought it would just be like 5 minutes to the next bus stop. But NOOO. There were no more bus stops. I was running like a mad person around the deserted perimeters of the yishun barracks. And later when there was civilization, I missed my bus. How thrilling.
o.0 Totally hooked onto a book now. "Flashback" by Dan Simons. Really nice book. I probably chose it because of the title. Come to think of it... I've started blogging again cos... I wanna get back to my past. And stick there... hmphhhh. Everything that happened since March is a dream. I barely know if it is real.
I guess no one comes here, but in case someone does... here's the summary of the book. =)
The book is about US 20 years from now. 85% of the population is addicted to flashback. it is a drug that allows its users to reexperience the best moments of their lives... and its up to the protagonist to save the country...
Quite cool eh? But I think I'm mainly reading it cos I want an answer... the past or the future... and the thought process. lost for too long. and all anyone is doing around me can't help me find the answer... which results in me chasing after the past... forcing myself to do all I could do before the incident. I'm still convinced that it is a dream everyone simultaneously had. Not reality... But I do know the truth. Bah.
"I never taught the team to run away from their problems."... That keeps ringing in my head nowadays...
Okay. The future and present then. Ain't it the only choice?
False dichotomy maybe... o.0
Oh well. Finish the book you long-winded thing who ponders too much about useless stuff.
Weak, useless and pathetic... Thats why you aren't allowed to go back. you have no use...
then make yourself useful... by training.
Now now, go read that fat "Flashback" book of yours, no rather, the library's.
