YESH

I finally got back to water trng. I finally started doing pull ups. MY LIFE IS COMPLETE =)
I hope so. I MUST NOT GET INJURED AGAIN.
but i need to do pull ups. and push ups. it just feels abnormal not doing 10X12 evry night...
physio last thurs was... FREAKISH. gosh they bombarded me w exercises... and the first thing the nurse asked was " your PE teacher didn't come w you today??" of course not... or she would be coming after me for going more than 50% for trng... BUT THERE'S NOOO TIME.
3 more weeks to NJCC. time?? urgh. I tried doing 100m sprints on saturday. I was doing fine until I decided to up it to 200m and then my arm just felt like it couldnt be lifted up. Hopefully no one saw me...  no one will stop me. pls. plan for tmr. 250m. sprint. slowly up to 500m. by thurs i shld sprint at 1km without prob. Hopefully can train with the rest of the team by this week!! and race on saturday. I'll just have to show that im in good condition =))). AND THIS WILL NOT BE ANOTHER SCM FAILURE. IT MUST NOT BE. and I am here to make sure of it.
I miss my boat. 07... its spoilt... gah. just like me... haha. we're destined to be together. prob once i fully recover it will somehow be repaired eh??
I should return the cream to coach denes... I'm getting dependant on it... but anyway... jieyin prob needs a huge dose of it if she continues land trng...
Lit... Am I afraid to think?? I hope there was all the time in the world to think... there are so many questions to... but i usually dont know where to start... and if i start i'll not wanna stop.
